Who we are

For 75 years we have practiced in this specialty with an exceptional team (associated lawyers, architects, engineers, and notaries) providing specialized counsel across a wide range of matters: condominium owners' associations, condominium bylaws, construction defects, real-estate trusts, constitutional remedies (amparos), fee collection, and professional liability.

Since 1982, Dr. Butlow has held the executive direction of the firm, advising developers, condominium boards, architects, and investors on the most technical intersections of construction law, real-estate trusts, and condominium law.

UBA-trained lawyer, consultant at the Centro Argentino de Ingenieros (CAI), and member of the ARQA community, his practice combines legal rigor with the logic of those who design, build, and manage.
