At Estudio Jurídico Ricardo Butlow we take your privacy seriously. This document explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

This policy applies to the website of Estudio Jurídico Ricardo Butlow, with offices at Av. Corrientes 2763, 6th floor, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about how we handle your data, write to contacto@ricardobutlow.com.ar.

We collect the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), subject and the content of your message. We additionally log basic technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for analytics and security.

We use your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, to provide the professional services you request, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Processing is carried out with your express consent when you submit the form, in accordance with Argentina's Law 25,326 (Personal Data Protection Act) and Decree 1558/2001. When a professional engagement is in place, processing is also grounded on its performance.

Only the firm's team accesses your inquiries. To run the site we rely on providers acting as data processors under confidentiality obligations: Supabase (storage), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and analytics). These services may store data outside Argentina with adequate levels of protection.

We keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and afterwards for any applicable legal periods — typically up to five years from the last interaction — at which point the data is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights write to contacto@ricardobutlow.com.ar with proof of identity. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), Argentina's data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to function and anonymous analytics tools (Vercel Analytics) that do not identify individual visitors. You can configure your browser to reject cookies; some functionality may be affected.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Updates will be published on this page along with their date. For any question, write to contacto@ricardobutlow.com.ar.
